Former Coin Collector Built Largest Ambulance Network the World Has Ever Seen

Abdul Sattar Edhi, originating from Pakistan, started his journey collecting spare coins. He later established the world’s largest ambulance network.
Living modestly in a small apartment, having only two sets of clothes, he differed from most millionaires. He built an incredible “empire of kindness” from humble beginnings.
The Edhi Foundation achieved remarkable things. The foundation runs 1,800 ambulances, saved 20,000 abandoned babies, and trained 40,000 nurses. They also operate 330 welfare centers.
What’s truly amazing is that he never took a salary, despite managing millions in donations. He even donated $100,000 to the U.S. during Hurricane Katrina.
